ACTION RHYTHMICS' POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/LEOTARDS
All the products we sell are selected by gymnasts and coaches, thus we truly believe you will be pleased with the products and services we provide. We understand, however, that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy.
If the item you receive is not right return it to us, in its original "unused/unopened" condition, within 15 days, with the return authorization number (RAN).
restocking fee of 20 percent will be charged on all returned items. Please note, the 20 percent restocking fee doesn't apply to leotards - leotards are special case and are covered in the "Leotards" subsection below.
Due to the nature of rhythmic gymnastics, as a sport and its apparatus, durability would not be accepted as a reason for a return.
If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, pay the shipping costs. We ship all exchange orders back to you for FREE (Priority Mail or ground service) in appreciation of your business with us.
You must first acquire RAN, either via email or by a telephone, before shipping back your item(s). Otherwise Action Rhythmics will not be held responsible for the package.
Please remember to completely fill out the returns section of the invoice you received with your package and ship your return package either UPS or insured US Mail (remember to keep your receipt and tracking number) to:

Please understand that we cannot accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient" and please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.
There are no returns allowed on customized items and leotards. "Pivoted" shoes cannot be returned.
Items returned without an invoice or copy of an invoice may take longer to process.

Leotards - all leotards are manufactured outside of the USA thus occasionally US Customs will hold the package for the inspection. It is not within Action Rhythmics powers to expedite the US Customs to release the package. Action Rhythmics will not grant a refund simply for the package being held up by the US Customs.
For the same reason Action Rhythmics will not grant a refund for the delays while the leotard shipment is in route to US. We use the Express Shipment method via EMS and on average it takes 10 days for the shipment to reach USA. If you need faster shipping service (UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.) - please email us for an accurate quote.
All leotards are custom made and it is customer's responsibility to provide the accurate measurements. The “Measurement Guide” is provided, however if you don’t feel confident taking the measurements by yourself please use the help of any professional seamstress. Also, Action Rhythmics is happy to help and will answer any question and provide you with the help on how to take the measurements. Action Rhythmics will not grant a refund for the reason that the leotard "does not fit". If you disagree with this policy please DO NOT order the leotard.
You must communicate any and all special requests, such as color and type of main material and mesh, color of rhinestones, special placing of rhinestones, type and cut of the skirt/pants, length of the sleeve. Please do not assume anything. All of your requests MUST be communicated to us BEFORE you place your order. If any special requests are made we are more than happy to provide you with the special drawing of your "changed" leotard. If you disagree with this policy please DO NOT order the leotard.
The leotards are custom made and thus Action Rhythmics cannot and will not grant a refund if you changed your mind or for any other reasons. If you disagree with this policy please DO NOT order the leotard.
IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM
Please either call us at 1-646-520-9566 or send an email to email@example.com, so that they can fix the error and get the correct item shipped out to you. We ship all exchange orders back to you FREE of charge (Priority Mail or ground service) in appreciation of your business and patience with us.
IF YOUR RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM
Write "DAMAGED" next to your signature at a time of delivery, save the original package and immediately notify us at 1-646-520-9566.
RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESSING TIME
Returns are usually processed within 1-5 business days after they arrive at our location.
