Regular shipping takes from 3 to 12 business days, depending on your distance from us (within the continental US). If you would like a quicker shipment, feel free to choose the Express shipping or 2 Day shipping options.
FedEx Next Day and 2nd Day, UPS Next Day and 2nd Day, and USPS Priority Express - are guaranteed services. Please note: FedEx and UPS do not deliver on Saturday.
FedEx Ground and UPS Ground - are not guaranteed service. 1-day, 2-days and 3-days service is an estimated delivery date (estimated by FedEx and UPS, not Action Rhythmics).
USPS Priority (International and Domestic) - is a non-guaranteed service. 1-day, 2-days and 3-days service is an estimated delivery date (estimated by USPS, not Action Rhythmics).
USPS 1st Class, USPS Parcel both Domestic and International are not-guaranteed services.
Action Rhythmics is not responsible for items lost in route to your delivery address. If you disagree with this possibly – do not order from us.
A tracking number will automatically be emailed to the email address you entered at the time of a purchase.
International buyers – if you selected USPS 1st Class International, USPS Parcel International, or USPS Priority International – the US Customs number is the only number issued by USPS, and in most cases it only confirms that the item was processed by USPS and US Customs. From that point you would have to contact your local Post Service and/or your Customs to find out the status of your shipment.
Domestic buyers – Action Rhythmics will automatically email you a tracking number. It is your responsibility to monitor the progress of your shipment. In most cases USPS, UPS, and FedEx will leave the shipment at your door UNLESS you tell them not to. In most cases a simple note on the door “Not to Leave the Package” will work fine. Private delivery services such as UPS and FedEx provide you a number of options how you can receive your package: UPS, FedEx centers, local Kinko centers, etc.
If your tracking number confirms the delivery - Action Rhythmics will not be held responsible for the loss. If you disagree with this possibly – do not order from us.
International customers - any customs duty levied by respective country is the buyer's responsibility, we are not liable to pay any customs duty/levy.
Action Rhythmics is always ready to provide a copy of the shipping receipt. Depending on your country policy, packages may be held by your Customs for an undisclosed amount of time. It is not within Action Rhythmics powers to expedite the Customs to release the package. Action Rhythmics shall not be held responsible for the International delivery and delivery date. If you disagree with this policy please do not order from us.
Leotards - all leotards are manufactured outside of the USA thus
occasionally US Customs will hold the package for the inspection. It is not
within Action Rhythmics powers to expedite the US Customs to release the
package. Action Rhythmics will not grant a refund simply for the package being
held up by the US Customs. All leotards are custom made and it is customer's
responsibility to provide the accurate measurements. Action Rhythmics will not
grant a refund for the reason that the leotard "does not fit".
For the same reason Action Rhythmics will not grant a refund for the delays while the leotard shipment is in route to US. We use the Express Shipment method via EMS and on average it takes 10 days for the shipment to reach USA.
