Return and Refund Policy

ACTION RHYTHMICS' POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/LEOTARDS

All the products we sell are selected by gymnasts and coaches, and we truly believe you will be pleased with the products and services we provide.

If the item you receive is not right, you may return it to us in its original unused and unopened condition within 15 days of delivery, with a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN).

A restocking fee of 20% will be charged on all returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The 20% restocking fee does not apply to leotards, which are subject to the specific conditions outlined in the “Leotards” section below.

If you change your mind before the shipment leaves our warehouse (i.e., no tracking number has been issued), a 5% processing fee will be withheld to cover non-refundable credit card or PayPal transaction fees.

Due to the nature of rhythmic gymnastics equipment, durability is not an acceptable reason for return. Apparatus must only be used on specially constructed rhythmic gymnastics carpets.

If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will cover return shipping and ship the replacement item to you free of charge (Priority Mail or ground service).

All items are inspected and photographed prior to shipment for quality control and record-keeping purposes.

You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by email or telephone before shipping any return. Items returned without a RAN may be refused and Action Rhythmics will not be responsible for such packages.

Please fully complete the return section of the invoice included with your order and ship the return via UPS or insured U.S. Mail. Retain your receipt and tracking number.

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our facility. COD packages or packages marked “Bill Recipient” will not be accepted.

Refunds apply to merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was shipped in error.

There are no returns or exchanges on:
• Custom-made items
• Leotards
• Pivoted shoes

Items returned without an invoice or a copy of the invoice may take longer to process.

If you disagree with this policy, please DO NOT place an order.

 

Leotards

All leotards are manufactured outside the United States. Occasionally, U.S. Customs may hold packages for inspection. Action Rhythmics has no control over customs processing times and will not issue refunds due to customs delays.

Similarly, refunds will not be issued for international transit delays. Leotards are shipped via EMS Express and typically arrive within approximately 10 days. Expedited shipping options (UPS, DHL, FedEx) are available upon request for an additional fee.

Leotards are custom-made. Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate measurements. Measurement guides are provided, and assistance is available upon request. Refunds will not be granted for fit issues.

All special requests (colors, materials, rhinestones, skirt or pant style, sleeve length, etc.) must be communicated before placing the order. Special drawings can be provided upon request. Changes or assumptions after ordering are not grounds for a refund.

Because leotards are custom-made, no refunds or exchanges are permitted, including changes of mind.

If you disagree with this policy, please DO NOT order the leotard.

 

IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM

Contact us immediately at 1-646-520-9600 or info@actionrhythmics.com. We will correct the error and ship the replacement free of charge.

 

IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM

Write “DAMAGED” next to your signature at delivery, retain the original packaging, and notify us immediately at 1-646-520-9600 or info@actionrhythmics.com.
 

RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESSING TIME

Returns are processed within 1–5 business days after receipt and inspection.
