Please read ALL the instructions to familiarize yourself with your hoop before hooping:

• Remove your hoop from the packaging. It will be double-coiled or taped together.
• These hoops do not open up with a figure 8 movement. Please do not try this on our hoops, they will break.
• Once you have opened up your hoop, lay the hoop on a flat surface. Let it sit for around 30 minutes. This will allow the hoop to open up from being coiled and come to room temperature.
• Take both ends of the hoop one side in each hand, and insert the coupling into the open end of the hoop for connection. If you're having a hard time doing so you can heat the open end of the hoop using a hair dryer.  This will expand the tubing and make the process of the connection easier.
• If your hoop appears misshapen after assembly, try rolling it vertically on the floor while gently exerting pressure on the top. This method can effectively reshape your hoop. Additionally, exposing your hoop to sunlight for 10 minutes can also aid in the process.
